Holding a meeting in this format allowed to bypass the policy of non-recognition of attempted annexation and existing sanctions to the representatives of the structures of the so-called &ldquo;Republic of Crimea&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So, on the second day of the meeting, a statement was made by Georgiy Muradov, the so-called &ldquo;Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea &#8211; Permanent Representative of the Republic of Crimea to the President of the Russian Federation&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The so-called official of the occupation authorities, Georgiy Muradov allegedly spoke on behalf of the public organization &ldquo;Russian Association for International Cooperation&rdquo;. In addition, on March 17, 2014, the EU Council adopted a decision 2014\/145 \/ CFSP, which imposed restrictions on Georgiy Muradov in the form of freezing assets and travel restrictions in connection with actions that undermined the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thus, Georgiy Muradov cannot be allowed to participate in OSCE events in accordance with the rules of the organization procedure, the sanctions policy of the European Union in whose territory the organization&rsquo;s headquarters is located, as well as according to the policy of non-recognition of the attempted annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Crimean Tatar Resource Center regrets that the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights has not taken timely measures to prevent a violation of the rules for organizing the work of the meeting and EU legislation. In connection with the current situation and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Crimean Tatar Resource Center calls on international organizations, as well as UN member countries to take all necessary measures to prevent representatives of the so-called &ldquo;Republic of Crimea&rdquo; from participation in the international events taking place online as well as other individuals who are responsible for actions that undermine or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
