The&nbsp;Head of the&nbsp;Board of the&nbsp;CTRC noted that voting for the Resolution is an indicator of the attitude of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Crimean issue in general and the Crimean Tatar people in particular.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;Of course, this Resolution is not a bill to amend the X section of the Constitution of Ukraine. But there is the prospect that the IX convocation of the Verkhovna Rada can at least enact a law on the indigenous peoples of Ukraine&rdquo;,-&nbsp;said Bariiev.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He noted that it is necessary to promote the early adoption of a coherent law on the indigenous peoples of Ukraine, which would give&nbsp;a clear&nbsp;message, including the amendments to Section X of the Constitution&nbsp;of Ukraine. According to him, the&nbsp;CTRC and the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people are ready to promote the involvement of the UN Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples for the examination of the draft law on indigenous peoples of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bariiev also commented on the search in the&nbsp;dwellings&nbsp;of 65-year-old Crimean Tatar Sheide Asanova. The&nbsp;Head of the&nbsp;Board of the&nbsp;CTRC said that the occupying special services had&nbsp;finished their quarantine&nbsp;and continued repressive actions against the Crimean Tatar people.
