“Everything is fine with me, if it is possible to call normal my detention. After all, I did not do what I was accused of. I just got into the gears of political relations between Ukraine and Russia. Everything about me is not true. And it’s everywhere. But the Lord said “There is nothing secret that would not be obvious.” So it will be”,- the letter says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We remind that on November 9, 2016, FSB officers detained  V<\/strong>ladimir<\/strong> Dudka<\/strong>  , Dmitriy Shtyblikov, Oleksiy Bessarabov and Gleb Shabliy in Sevastopol on suspicion of preparing a sabotage in Crimea (article 30 and paragraph a of part 2 of article 281 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said that these repressive actions are being carried out for an external audience with an attempt to discredit Ukraine in the eyes of the international community, as well as for an internal Russian audience to convince that Ukrainians are allegedly dangerous.<\/p>\n

On May 18, 2017, Dmitriy Shtyblikov entered into a pre-trial agreement with the investigation, that is, he pleaded guilty. Not a single independent lawyer was allowed to see him. On November 16, 2017, the so-called Sevastopol City Court sentenced him to 5 years in a maximum security colony and to a fine of 200 thousand rubles.<\/p>\n

On April 4, 2019, the so-called Sevastopol City Court sentenced the persons involved in the so-called case of Ukrainian saboteurs  V<\/strong>ladimir<\/strong> Dudka<\/strong>   and Oleksiy Bessarabov to 14 years in prison and imposed a fine of 350 and 300 thousand rubles, respectively.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
