Akhtem Chiygoz has already given evidence to the court on the merits of the charge. Therefore, according to the investigation, between&nbsp;the&nbsp;interests&nbsp;of&nbsp;one of my clients&nbsp;and another&nbsp;one&nbsp;may be contradictory, which excludes the possibility of my participation in the case&rdquo;,-&nbsp;the message said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The lawyer explained that the only significant circumstance that does not allow the lawyer to defend simultaneously two&nbsp;individuals&nbsp;involved in the same case is the existence of significant contradictions in their interests (positions).<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;So everything goes smoothly with the Investigative Committee, if it weren&rsquo;t for one essentiall&nbsp;thing.&nbsp;Refat Chubarov was not involved in the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;February 26 case in any of the procedural statuses.
