At the beginning of the trial, Enver requested that listeners be present in the Crimean garrison court of Simferopol, because the court was essentially held in open regime, his&nbsp;request&nbsp;was denied on the basis of the epidemiological situation in the country, the Supreme Court decided not to let anyone else in the&nbsp;court room. Enver Seitosmanov made the last statement, in which he said that the Crimean Tatar Muslims are not terrorists, that all cases are politically motivated&rdquo;,-&nbsp;said lawyer Emil Kurbedinov.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We remind&nbsp;that on July 4, 2019, the North Caucasian District Military Court extended the detention of Enver Seitosmanov until December 20, 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier, the Russian investigation tightened Seitosmanov&rsquo;s accusation from the part&nbsp;2&nbsp;of Article&nbsp;205.5 of the Criminal Code (&ldquo;participation in the activities of a terrorist organization&rdquo;) to the part&nbsp;1&nbsp;(&ldquo;organization of the activities of a terrorist organization&rdquo;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On May 10, 2018, in the village of Orlyne, Sevastopol&nbsp;region, Russian security officials&nbsp;searched&nbsp;the&nbsp;dwelling&nbsp;of two siblings &#8211; Ernest Seitosmanov and Enver Seitosmanov. The first was released after interrogation, and Enver was arrested on suspicion of&nbsp;his&nbsp;involvement in the Hizb-ut-Tahrir organization, which was banned in Russia. For more than a year he has been illegally detained.
