Mustafa&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Dzh<\/strong><strong>emilev<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;was asked to send a lawyer instead of&nbsp;arriving himself&nbsp;to the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;investigator in
