In the colony, due to the spread of coronavirus, quarantine is introduced and all&nbsp;the visits&nbsp;are prohibited.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We remind&nbsp;that on October 12, 2016, Russian security forces as a result of mass searches in the village of&nbsp;&nbsp;Strohonivka near Simferopol five representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people &#8211; Uzeir Abdullaev, Teymur Abdullaev, Rustem Ismailov, Emil Dzhemadenov and Ayder Saledinov were detained. They were accused of participating in the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization banned in the Russian Federation.&nbsp;They were then&nbsp;charged with article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (&ldquo;organizing the activities of a terrorist organization and participating in it&rdquo;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On June 18, 2019, the North Caucasian District Military Court of the Russian Federation sentenced the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;Simferopol Hizb ut-Tahrir case defendants. Teymur Abdullaev was sentenced to 17 years in a maximum security&nbsp;with a probation term of&nbsp;1 year and 6 months, Rustem Ismailov &#8211; to 14 years, Uzeir Abdullaev &#8211; to 13&nbsp;years, Ayder Saledinov&nbsp;and Emil Dzhemadenov &#8211; to 12 years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On December 24, 2019, the Supreme Court in Moscow reduced the terms of imprisonment&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;Simferopol Hizb ut-Tahrir case&nbsp;defendants&nbsp;by 6 months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Emil Dzhemadenov, a defendant in the so-called Simferopol Hizb ut-Tahrir case, used the right to make an official call to his family and told his wife that he was placed in a pre-trial detention center in the colony of the city of Salavat for the second time.
