Today, one of the requests was to change the courtroom, since under the circumstances of a pandemic, being in such a room poses a direct threat to the health of the participants in the process,&rdquo; said Ladin.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previously, on May 21, 2018, Russian security forces raided the homes of Crimean Solidarity activists in the occupied Crimea, as a result of which Server Mustafayev and Edem Smailov were detained. They are accused of participating in the organization Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is banned on the territory of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On December 14, 2018, Server Mustafayev was sent to a psychiatric hospital &ldquo;for examination&rdquo;. Mustafayev himself called his placement in a psychiatric hospital &quot;punitive psychiatry.&quot;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In February 2019, Mustafayev was accused of spreading, studying, and propagating extremist ideology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On September 12, 2019, eight defendants in the second Bakhchisaray &ldquo;Hizb ut-Tahrir case&rdquo; &#8211; Marlen Asanov, Server Zekiryayev, Memet Belyalov, Seyran Saliiev, Ernest Ametov, Timur Ibrahimov, Edem Smailov, and Server Mustafayev &#8211; were transferred from Crimea to Rostov-on-Don.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Defendants in the second Bakhchisaray \u201cHizb ut-Tahrir case\u201d in the detention center were having high fever and other flu symptoms over the last few days.
