On April 19, 2017, the court decided to apply provisional measures against Russia at the request of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On November 8, the United Nations International Court of Justice in the Hague recognized its jurisdiction in the Ukraine v. Russia case, regarding the Russian Federation&rsquo;s accusation of financing and supporting acts of terrorism in eastern Ukraine and racial discrimination in Crimea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the 18th Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court presented an annual report on the results of a preliminary investigation, in particular the situation in Ukraine regarding offenses in occupied Crimea and eastern Ukraine.
