Today we want to remind that the Budapest memorandum was grossly violated. The first time it was grossly violated immediately after signing &#8212; in accordance with paragraph 3, states have no right to exert pressure on Ukraine. Neither political nor economic. memorandum, in particular, the paragraph 4, which stipulates the obligation of guarantor states to seek immediate action by the UN Security Council in case of armed aggression against
