Also, lawyer Islyam Velilyaiev added that on Monday the appeal of two more persons involved in the so-called Alushta Hizb ut-Tahrir case, Ruslan Mesutov and Eldar Kantimirov, will be considered.<\/p>\n

In addition, Velilyaiev said that his client, Ruslan  Nagaev, held a speech and claimed that he did not agree with this charge.<\/p>\n

"He claimed that he did not agree with this accusation, these actions were aimed atmaking him leave the territory of the Republic of Crimea. He also said that he was not going to leave anywhere and did not agree with the accusation and with all the actions committed by the authorities",- the lawyer said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Lawyer Kostyantin Rustemov noted that his client Enver Omerov has a rather serious illness that makes his stay in jail almost unbearable. According to him, this information was not taken into account by the so-called court.<\/p>\n

"From my part, I filed a petition to the investigator so that an appropriate medical examination would be carried out. If the petition is approved by the investigator, then a medical examination will be carried out and after it is done it will be decided whether Enver Omerov can be incarcerated in jail or not",- lawyer Rustemov said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
