Literature was seized from some activists, which, according to Crimean Solidarity,&nbsp;was planted by the representatives of the security forces themselves. In addition to books and brochures, people&rsquo;s&nbsp;phones, tablets, laptops, passports&nbsp;wee confiscated. Security officials behaved rudely. It is reported that they used physical force against detainees&nbsp;and entered their dwellings&nbsp;in shoes. Lawyers who arrived at the site of the searches were not allowed to&nbsp;access the&nbsp;detained.&nbsp;As a result of the aforementioned actions, 20 people were suspected of&nbsp;their&nbsp;involvement in the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization, which&nbsp;is&nbsp;prohibited&nbsp;in the Russian Federation. On&nbsp;the 28th&nbsp;of&nbsp;March three more Crimean Tatar activists were detained, searches&nbsp;of their dwellings&nbsp;were carried out in their absence. The whereabouts of yet another Crimean Tatar &#8211; Edem&nbsp;Yayachikov remains unknown. On&nbsp;the 27th-28th&nbsp;of&nbsp;March, the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;court arrested all 23 detainees&nbsp;after&nbsp;the&nbsp;searches. The preventive measure in the form of detention&nbsp;was assigned&nbsp;until&nbsp;the 15th&nbsp;of&nbsp;May.&nbsp;The individuals were&nbsp;accused of&nbsp;their&nbsp;involvement in the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization&nbsp;that is prohibited&nbsp;in the Russian Federation. In August&nbsp;the so-called&nbsp;court hearings&nbsp;were held to extend the preventive measure to the defendants in the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;second Simferopol Hizb ut-Tahrir case.
