“After five years of war, a national strategy for the secure reintegration of Donbas and, I remind, Crimea, should finally be developed,” the President said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Zelensky noted that this strategy should include four mandatory components: transparency, systematic information policy on behalf of the state, feasibility, and implementation:<\/p>\n

\n

"The state should not only explain its decisions, but also look for the right directions together with the society, it should initiate a large-scale national dialogue," Zelensky explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

According to Volodymyr Zelensky, there should be a systematic information policy developed on behalf of the state, "on the other hand, the media also should educate the reader and observer, increase people’s media literacy."<\/p>\n

\n

“It is a mistake to think that we will quickly and easily return Crimea by military means. We cannot expect people on the occupied territories in Donbas to speak Ukrainian tomorrow. We should not please ourselves with these illusions,” the president emphasized.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
