The final day of studies at the Academy was opened by Sv\u0131tlana Andrushchenko <\/em>, Ph.D., associate professor of the Kyiv Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. She mainly dedicated her speech to world politics in general, world leaders from the USA, leading EU countries, China, the Russian Federation, and, consequently, about their problems.<\/p>\n “The EU is not really the center of all power, and now the question is whether this union will even exist”,- Andrushchenko said, adding that the current situation in the world is very complicated, and “we all live in anticipation of the upcoming economic crisis”.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n The assistant professor also explained why the Russian-Ukrainian conflict is important for Europe, and noted that "the Ukrainian, as well as the Crimean issues are not central, but are definitely cross-cutting on the world political agenda".<\/p>\n Iliya Kusa – Expert of international politics of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, acquainted the students of the Academy with the features and specifics of the Middle East. He spoke about Saudi Arabia, Iran, as countries that are fighting for regional domination, and who supports whom in this very situation. Speaking about Turkey, the speaker noted that this state is still its own separate player, which does not have its own bloc of supporting states, like Saudi Arabia and Iran.<\/p>\n The expert also spoke about certain errors in the foreign policy of Ukraine:<\/p>\n “If you do nothing, you will never be mistaken”,- Iliya Kusa described the current foreign policy of Ukraine, adding that we are used to transferring all our responsibility on others.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n According to the speaker, the national idea, culture, national interests, livelihood and core values are the basis of the success of the state, but, unfortunately, Ukraine has not yet found all the answers to these very questions.<\/p>\n At the closing ceremony of the III Crimean Tatar Academy of Public Diplomacy, Eskender Bariiev congratulated the participants on the end of the session and expressed hope for further cooperation, including the development of the International Civic Society for the Liberation of Crimea and solidarity with the Crimean Tatar people #LIBERATECRIMEA.<\/p>\n The Crimean Tatar Academy of Public Diplomacy is being implemented with the support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" On Sunday, the 6th of October, the work of the III Academy of Public Diplomacy of the Crimean Tatar people was completed .
