Bariiev is charged in &ldquo;public calls to actions undermining the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, implemented with the use of mass media&rdquo;, part 2, article 280.1 of Criminal Code of the RF. As reported by the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, presently ninety-four people are in detention on the territory of Crimea and the Russian Federation. Forty-one out of ninety-four serve time in Crimean and Russian prisons. Besides, twelve more people are put on probation. Overall, it is one hundred and six people. Moreover, twenty-four Ukrainian navy sailors are unlawfully held in
