It contains within itself more than a thousand applications. While these applications are unavailable for general public, they undoubtedly contain substantive evidence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We remind that on 16th&nbsp;of January 2017 Ukraine sued a case against the Russian Federation in the UN International Court. Kyiv accuses Moscow of numerous and systematic violations of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. In April 2017, the International Court of Justice ruled a decision concerning the specifities of the temporary countermeasures against the unlawful actions of the Russian Federation in the occupied Crimea. In September 2018, the Russian Federation filed objections to the UN International Arbitration Court concerning the jurisdiction of the Court.
