According to the journalist, the verdict was passed on the 31st of May.<\/p>\n

“Judge Igor Halin sentenced Kadyrov to 4 years of incarceration and 1 year of restriction. Kadyrov pleaded guilty, made a deal with the investigation, his case was investigated during one hearing in court” according to the statement.<\/p>\n

According to the so-called “investigation” version, the accused was engaged in the personal protection of the head of the Asker NGO Lenur Islyamov. Islyamov himself said that he was not personally acquainted with the man whom the occupants called his “bodyguard’.<\/p>\n

We remind, that on 23rd of January, Russian security forces conducted two searches in the households of the Crimean Tatars on suspicion of serving in allegedly “illegal armed formations”. In particular, the search took place in Arifov family household in Simferopol and the Abiltarovs family dwelling in  Krasnohvardiis’kyi district. At the same time, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation reported that it had allegedly detained the personal bodyguard of the head of Asker NGO Lenur Islyamov.
