He added that the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation allow the presence of a lawyer during such an examination.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;Over the next two weeks, the investigation plans to get acquainted with the decisions on the appointment of an examination of all prisoners of war and their defenders,&rdquo; added Polozov .<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recall: on November 25, 2018, the border ships of the Russian Federation carried out open aggressive actions against three Ukrainian ships during their transition from the port of Odessa to the port of Mariupol in the Sea of Azov. In particular, the Russian border boat &quot;Don&quot; committed a ram of the raid tug &quot;Yany Kapu.&quot; Small armored artillery boats &quot;Berdyansk&quot; and &quot;Nikopol&quot; were hit by the enemy fire and lost their course. The raid tug &quot;Yany Kapu&quot; was also forced to a halt. As a result, the ships were captured by Russian special forces. Several Ukrainian soldiers were injured. The Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for Crimea accused the Ukrainian side of &quot;dangerous maneuvers&quot; during their visit &quot;to the temporarily closed water area of the territorial sea of Russia. &quot;The Prosecutor&rsquo;s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea recognized Ukrainian seamen captured by the FSB of Russia as prisoners of war. All the detained Ukrainian sailors were taken to Crimea and arrested on November 27 and 28 until January 25, 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Later it became known that the Ukrainian sailors were transferred from Crimea to Moscow. On January 15-16, 2019, the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow extended the detention periods to all captured Ukrainian seamen prisoners of war.
