Head of the Board of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, Head of the Department of Legal and Foreign Affairs of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Eskender Bariiev said in an interview with Radio NV that Russians suffer very heavy losses during the Russian-Ukrainian war. Evidence of this is that a large number of dead and wounded soldiers of the Russian army are being taken to the Crimea.

“There is evidence that the Russians are suffering heavy losses is, for example, the 216th brigade. It is located in the Simferopol district, Perevalne. There we were given information by the locals, more than 80% of the personnel are dead. The information was confirmed that 400 KIA were brought from this brigade. There is information, for example, that many corpses of Russian soldiers were seen near the morgues in Armiansk and Krasnoperekopsk”,- said Bariiev.

The Head of the Board of the CTRC noted that in the north of Crimea, even schools were converted into hospitals for the wounded. Military personnel are brought both from the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation and from the mainland of Ukraine.
