Bariiev assessed the plan for the implementation of the Strategy for the de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea
On Wednesday, September 29, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a plan for the implementation of the Strategy for the de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea. Head of the Board of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, Head of the Department for Legal Affairs and Foreign Affairs of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Eskender Bariiev in an interview with the Crimea.Realii media agency said that this document should be quite effective.
“The plan provides for the creation of a specialized state institution Ukrainian National Center for Peace Development, which will collect evidence of violations related to the occupation and armed aggression of Russia. This is a good initiative, and this will systematize the collection of information carried out by various human rights organizations. Because, unfortunately, the information of each organization differs from each other”,- he explained.
The expert emphasized that an ecological component appears in the plan. The document clearly outlines the problems of the peninsula, in particular, the lack of water in Crimea.
