According to the organization, during the reporting period, 1 search, 7 arrests, 1 case of interrogations, interviews and conversations and 3 cases of fines were recorded. 47 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded. Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over 2021 (presentation)

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presented an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over 2021. According to the organization, during the reporting period, the Russian security forces conducted 53 searches, 366 detentions and 366 interrogations, interviews and conversations. The total number of arrests for 2021 is 210: 25 new arrests, 40 administrative arrests, 118 extensions of detention, 28 sentences. There were 478 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial, 135 to the healthcare access. Also, 37 cases of transferring of political prisoners of Crimea were recorded. Fines were issued 140 times.

Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over 9 months of 2021 (presentation)

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over 9 months of 2021. According to the organization, during the reporting period, Russian security forces carried out 46 searches, 238 arrests / detentions and 238 interrogations, interviews and conversations. The total number of arrests for 9 months of this year is 147: 25 - new arrests, 18 - administrative arrests, 83 - prolongation of detention, 22 - sentences. There were 292 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial, 122 - to the healthcare access. Also, 38 cases of transportation of political prisoners of Crimea were recorded. Fines were imposed 55 times.

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea for September 2021. According to the organization, during the reporting period, 7 searches, 67 detentions, 13 arrests, 67 cases of interrogations, interviews and conversations, 2 transferrings and 25 cases of fines were recorded. 4 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded. Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea for the first half of 2021 (presentation)

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presented an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea for the first half of 2021. According to the organization, during the reporting period, the Russian security forces conducted 32 searches, 156 arrests / detentions and 41 interrogations, interviews and conversations. The total number of arrests in the first six months of this year is 96: 14 - new arrests, 55 - prolongations of detention, sentences - 27. There were 205 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial, 90 - to the healthcare access. Also, 36 cases of transferring of political prisoners of Crimea were recorded. Fines were imposed 28 times. Most of the violations by the occupants are attributed to the representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. This practice has become systemic on the peninsula.

The total number of arrests in February is 19, 15 - against representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. 44 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded. Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea in 2020 (presentation)

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over 2020. According to the monitoring data, during the reporting period, 52 searches were recorded on the peninsula, 280 cases of arrests, 92 cases of interrogations, interviews and conversations, 252 arrests: 47 - new arrests, 16 - sentences, 189 - extensions of detention for political prisoners of Crimea. In addition, it is known about 424 cases of violations of the right to a fair trial, 138 - to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, and 77 cases of transferring political prisoners from Crimea. Also, the CTRC report contains information on systemic cases of vandalism, violation of religious rights, inadequate conditions of detention in pre-trial detention centers and prisons, violation of the rights of political prisoners and illegal military exercises in the occupied Crimea.

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over August 2020. According to the organization, during the reporting period, Russian security forces conducted 5 searches, 9 arrests and 7 interrogations, interviews and “conversations”. The total number of arrests in August is 12, of which 11 are against representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. 18 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded, 16 of which were against the Crimean Tatars. There are 11 known cases of violation of the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health. Also, 3 cases of transfer of political prisoners of Crimea were recorded. The CTRC report also contains information about the destruction of the Crimean ecosystem, about inadequate conditions of detention in pre-trial detention centers and prisons, about the violation of the rights of political prisoners and illegal military exercises in the occupied Crimea.

Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea in 2018

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents the аnalysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea in 2018. According to our information, during the reporting period there were registered: 6 victims, 1 missing person, 92 searches, 128 arrests, 152 interrogations/interviews, 206 arrests, 492 violations of the right to a fair trial, 57 cases of violations of the right to the highest attainable level of physical and mental health, 50 illegal transfers, etc. Most of the violations were committed against the representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. Also, the report mentions a number of illegal actions of the occupation authorities of Crimea, committed during 2018. In addition, the material contains a comparative analysis of violations of human rights in Crimea over 2017-2018.
