The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over March 2021. According to the organization, during the reporting period, 9 searches, 8 arrests / detentions, 8 cases of interrogations, interviews and conversations were recorded. The total number of arrests in March is 8, 2 - against representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. 22 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded. There are 21 known cases of violation of the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.

Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over February 2021 (presentation)

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presented an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea for February 2021. According to the organization, during the reporting period, 10 searches, 11 arrests / detentions, 10 cases of interrogations, interviews and conversations were recorded. The total number of arrests in February is 19, 15 - against representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. 44 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded. There are 20 known cases of violation of the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health. Also, 19 cases of transferring of political prisoners of Crimea were recorded.

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over January 2021. According to the organization, during the reporting period, 3 searches, 127 arrests / detentions, 5 cases of interrogations, interviews and conversations were recorded. The total number of arrests in January is 20.8 - against representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. 42 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded. There are 9 known cases of violation of the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health. Also, 13 cases of transportation of political prisoners of Crimea were recorded.

Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea in 2020 (presentation)

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over 2020. According to the monitoring data, during the reporting period, 52 searches were recorded on the peninsula, 280 cases of arrests, 92 cases of interrogations, interviews and conversations, 252 arrests: 47 - new arrests, 16 - sentences, 189 - extensions of detention for political prisoners of Crimea. In addition, it is known about 424 cases of violations of the right to a fair trial, 138 - to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, and 77 cases of transferring political prisoners from Crimea. Also, the CTRC report contains information on systemic cases of vandalism, violation of religious rights, inadequate conditions of detention in pre-trial detention centers and prisons, violation of the rights of political prisoners and illegal military exercises in the occupied Crimea.

Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over August 2020 (presentation)

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over August 2020. According to the organization, during the reporting period, Russian security forces conducted 5 searches, 9 arrests and 7 interrogations, interviews and “conversations”. The total number of arrests in August is 12, of which 11 are against representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. 18 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded, 16 of which were against the Crimean Tatars. There are 11 known cases of violation of the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health. Also, 3 cases of transfer of political prisoners of Crimea were recorded. The CTRC report also contains information about the destruction of the Crimean ecosystem, about inadequate conditions of detention in pre-trial detention centers and prisons, about the violation of the rights of political prisoners and illegal military exercises in the occupied Crimea.

Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea in 2018

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents the аnalysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea in 2018. According to our information, during the reporting period there were registered: 6 victims, 1 missing person, 92 searches, 128 arrests, 152 interrogations/interviews, 206 arrests, 492 violations of the right to a fair trial, 57 cases of violations of the right to the highest attainable level of physical and mental health, 50 illegal transfers, etc. Most of the violations were committed against the representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. Also, the report mentions a number of illegal actions of the occupation authorities of Crimea, committed during 2018. In addition, the material contains a comparative analysis of violations of human rights in Crimea over 2017-2018.

Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over May 2018 (presentation)

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents аnalysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over May 2018. According to the organization, during the month Russian "security officers" conducted four searches in the houses of the Crimean Tatars. 31 detentions were registered, 26 of them in relation to the representatives of the Crimean Tatar people and 30 interrogations, 25 of them were against the Crimean Tatars. The total number of arrests in May made 18, 14 of them - in relation to the representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. 31 times the right to a fair trial was violated, 26 times in relation to the Crimean Tatars. 3 times the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health was violated, 1 time Russian "security officers" violated the right to peaceful assemblies. In May, there were registered 4 cases of illegal transfer of political prisoners from Crimea to Russia, one case of deportation and three cases of military exercises.

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents the аnalysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over April 2018. According to the organization, during the month, Russian "law enforcers" conducted 36 searches. Six detentions and 10 interrogations and warnings presented by the occupation authorities were registered. Most of these violations are conducted in relation to the Crimean Tatars. The total number of arrests in April made 19, 15 of which - in relation to the representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. 38 times the right to a fair trial was violated, 29 times - in relation to the Crimean Tatars. 5 times the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health was violated. 2 times Russian "security officers" violated the right to freedom of peaceful assembly.The total of fines imposed by the occupation courts in April made 190 thousand rubles.

Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over the I quarter of 2018 (presentation)

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents the аnalysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over the I quarter of 2018. During the first three months the occupants conducted 19 searches, 12 of them in the houses of representatives of the indigenous people. The total number of detentions in the first quarter of 2018 was 28, 14 detainees were the representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. 40 cases of illegal interrogations were registered, 22 of them - in relation to the representatives of the Crimean Tatar people; 39 arrests, 28 of them - in relation to the Crimean Tatars. For the I quarter of 2018 the total amount of the fines imposed by the occupation courts of Crimea made 339.500 rubles (143.348 USD.). There were 170 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial, 149 of them - in relation to the representatives of the indigenous people; 17 violations of the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health; 2 cases of violation of the right to peaceful assembly; 26 cases of illegal visit of the occupied Crimea; 24 cases of deportation from Crimea and 9 facts of illegal military exercises in the occupied territory of the peninsula.

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents the analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over March 2018. According to the organization, for over a month the Russian "security officers" conducted 7 searches. Ten detentions and 11 interrogations and warnings presented by the occupation authorities were registered. The total number of arrests in March made 18, 14 of which - in relation to the representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. 46 times the right to a fair trial was violated, 40 times in relation to the Crimean Tatars. 6 times the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health was violated. One case of illegal transfer of a political prisoner to the territory of the mainland Russia and one case of illegal military exercises conducted in the territory of the occupied Crimea were registered. In addition, on March 18, 2018, in violation of the Ukrainian legislation and international law, the elections of the President of the Russian Federation illegally took place in Crimea. Dozens of cases of pressure on people and coercion to take part in the so-called elections were registered.

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents the аnalysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over February 2018. According to the organization, for over a month the Russian "security forces" conducted three searches, two of them were held in the houses of the Crimean Tatars.There were registered: 13 cases of detention, 22 interrogations and warnings presented by the occupation authorities. The total number of arrests in February made 17, 11 of which - in relation to the representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. In February, the occupation courts of Crimea imposed 3 fines a total of which is 224 500 rubles. 81 times the right to a fair trial was violated, 71 times in relation to the Crimean Tatar people. 3 times the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health was violated. Once the Russian "security officers" violated the right to peaceful assembly and 27 times to freedom of movement. In addition, there were registered 26 cases of illegal visits to Crimea and 24 cases of the deportation from Crimea.

According to the organization, for over a month the Russian "security officers" conducted nine searches in the houses of the Crimean Tatars. There were 5 detentions, 7 interrogations, 4 arrests registered. In January, the occupation courts of Crimea imposed 11 fines on Crimean Tatar and Ukrainian activists a total of which is 115 thousand rubles. 43 times the right to a fair trial was violated, 8 times to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health. Also, once the Russian "security officers" violated the right to peaceful assembly and 8 times - to freedom of movement.
