From 29 to 31 January, the so-called Lenin District Court of the occupied Sevastopol found 7 activists guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the RF Code due to participation in an action in support of the Russian opposition leader Aleksei Navalny. This was reported via the website of the so-called court.
The occupants issued a resolution on the imposition of punishment under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation to the following activists:
• Valentyn Matvieiev (an administrative fine of 20,000 (twenty) thousand rubles was imposed),
• Danylo Kovalenko (administrative arrest for a period of two days was appointed),
• Tetiana Stepina (administrative arrest for a period of two days was appointed),
• Iaroslava Balakina (administrative punishment was imposed in the form of compulsory work for a period of 20 hours),
• Oleksandr Zeniukov (administrative punishment was imposed in the form of compulsory work for a period of 20 hours),
• Iana Iaroslav (an administrative fine of 10,000 (ten) thousand rubles was imposed),
• Vadym Rodin (administrative punishment was imposed in the form of compulsory work for a period of 30 hours).
Valentyn Matvieiev was prosecuted by the so-called judge Viktor Klemakov, and the rest of the six by the so-called judge Anatolii Vasylenko.
