In the occupied Crimea, a wastewater discharge into the Eastern Bulhanak River was detected during the operation of a complex of sewage treatment facilities. By a court decision, the enterprise was charged with damage in the amount of 407 thousand rubles. The press service of the so-called prosecutor’s office reports.
“On the facts of the violations revealed, the prosecutor appealed to the court with demands for compensation for damage caused to the water body. By the court's decision, the damage caused by the discharge of wastewater into the Eastern Bulhanak river in the amount of 407 thousand rubles was recovered from the municipal unitary enterprise”,- the statement said.
