The wife of Marlen Asanov, the figurant of the "Hizb ut-Tahrir" case was denied meetings with her husband.

On Thursday, March 14, the Supreme "court" of Crimea rejected the appeal of Ayshe Asanova the wife of Marlen Asanov, the figurant of the "Hizb ut-Tahrir " case. She was refused meetings with her husband. This was said by Ayshe Asanova, reports "Crimean Solidarity".

"For almost 1.5 years every month, and sometimes twice a month, I wrote applications for a meeting with my husband Suleyman Asanov . But the investigator Gramashov constantly refused me. For 17 months now, I and my children, who were subjected to psychological pressure, did not see their father" - said Ayshe Asanova.

Recall: Marlen Asanov was detained after mass searches in the houses of representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people on October 11, 2017 in Bakhchisarai. Together with him, the security forces detained Timur Ibrahimov, Memet Belyalov, Ernest Ametov, Seyran Saliiev and Server Zekiryaev. They were accused of participating in the banned organization "Hizb ut-Tahrir" on the territory of the Russian Federation. They are charged with article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("establishment  of a terrorist organization and participation in it").
